As grown women, we find ourselves apologizing for existing. Being ignored, spoken over, and made to quietly retreat at work, home, or within ourselves. These wounds and betrayals may seem insignificant, but they can have a lasting impact on your body, mind, and spirit.

  • Most of us use our voices daily, and how we sound vocally cannot be separated from how we feel about ourselves. Like any other muscle in our bodies, we can train our voices to be stronger, more resilient, and resonant. A daily vocal routine is a healthy way to connect you to your body and bring vitality and confidence to your voice, translating to better listening and communication skills in everyday life.

  • I teach beginner and intermediate yoga classes. Please visit my events page for the upcoming public class schedule.

  • When you book a coaching service, session package, or program, you agree to complete it within the specified timeframe. If you need to cancel your appointment, please ensure that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the session will be considered missed, and you will not be able to reschedule it.

    In case it is decided not to provide services after you have booked and started a service, session package, or program, a prorated portion of the program cost based on how many sessions have been completed will be refunded if the cancellation is not due to your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

    However, please note that all sales are final and non-refundable for canceled purchases for all online or in-person services, including 1:1 coaching sessions, group classes, workshops, and retreats.
